Gunung Stong Expedition

Back with another update! Yes to feed all of you Dawn. Haha! This time it is about the 2nd expedition I had with the Outward Bounders of Ngee Ann. Destination? Gunung Stong in Kelantan! What was great about this one was that it was more of a personal trip for us organised by Jason Mak, Ex Vice-President of NP Outward Bounders. So things were pretty easy-going on this trip. Last minute packing @ OB clubhouse	@ Johor, we waited on the streetside for our Ramlee Burgers	Managed to catch "Coach Carter" before we set off. Talk about silence in the cinema...

Had to cross a river to get to the bus to the mountain	Narrow boat I must say	Finally @ South-East Asia's highest waterfall!

Having a short break, not knowing that we would later not make it up to the peak 'cause we took too long to go up. Hate demoralisers.	A deserving substitute for the peak; Vine swinging!	Final group photo @ the campsite!
Our guide (forgot his name), a really cool dude & his home which he built totally by himself.	Back @ the mountain base	On what I must say was the worse bus ride in my life. Windows can't be opened! I was perspiring a waterfall!
Heading back to Singapore in sleeper carriages! Surprisingly comfortable!	Supper in the train!	And comes to an end yet another eventful expedition...

P.S. ICT Student Council? Guess it wasn't taken very well by the people eh? Changes are ever-present. Your choice is to either fend away from the challenge or be the one to jump in and make the best of it. For me? I'd be there to make a change, a difference, however small or big it is.
